Yoga Classes in Trenton, Missouri on Tuesdays
LOCATION:  1101 9th Street in Trenton, Missouri  (the old NCM Cleaning Building)  across the street from the mexican restaurant.  The best parking is on the west side of the building.  Enter from the west door, not the door facing the street.  
Yoga Classes in Gallatin, Missouri on Wednesdays 
Location:  1207 Grand at the Green Hills Martial Arts Building

 Gentle Yoga (including Chair Yoga)
Tuesdays in Trenton from 9:30 to 10:40 a.m.
Wednesdays in Gallatin  from 
9:30 to 10:40 a.m.

Have you been wanting to try a yoga class but you're worried about bending and getting up and down?  In this class, we use yoga props, including blocks, bolsters and even chairs, to help you to build body awareness, strength and balance.  This class will help you to become more stable, flexible and confident.  

Gentle Yoga
Tuesdays in Trenton from 4:30 to 5:40 p.m. 
                                    Wednesdays in Gallatin  from 4:45 to 5:45 p.m.
We warm up and get flexible with Gentle Yoga and end with some passive stretches and poses of Restorative Yoga.  This style of yoga restores the nervous system and helps you to relax by releasing deeply held tensions from the body and mind. Yoga props are used for a safe and gentle practice.  What a great way to unwind after work!

Active Yoga Basics

Wednesdays in Gallatin  from 
6:00 to 7:10 p.m.  
Practice the foundations of yoga through movement, stretching, breathing, relaxation, standing and seated poses in this alignment-based Iyengar yoga class.  This is an active class and is suitable for beginning as well as experienced yoga students.
